Freelance Pilates Instructor/Teacher

Pilates Instructor (Job Type: Part-Time & Freelance/Contract)
Location: Punggol Waterway (North-East Region)

Teaching Schedule:

• Weekdays: Anytime from 10 AM – 9 PM
• Weekends: Anytime from 10 AM – 5 PM
• We are closed on Public Holidays

Salary:

• $3,500 – $5,500/month
• $60 to $75 per class

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging Pilates Reformer group classes and one-to-one sessions
• Offer personalized instruction and modifications to ensure safe, effective workouts
• Educate clients on Pilates principles, proper technique, and mind–body connection
• Create and maintain a positive, motivating studio atmosphere
• Stay current on Pilates methods, trends, and industry best practices
• Assist with equipment inspection, upkeep, and general studio organization
• Support front-desk operations as needed with basic administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

• If you do not have a Pilates Reformer certification, but would like to grow in this area, we will be happy to train you as Pilates Teacher Trainee
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Pilates Reformer classes
• Valid Pilates Reformer certification
• CPR and First-Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for health & wellness
• Friendly, patient, and adaptable to different client needs and fitness levels
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
