at least 10 years experiences
have relavant certificates/diploma

Provide overall supervision of production activities.
Plan, organize and lead a team of production workers to achieve production target and output, cycle time, and yield.
Improvement in maintaining product quality and productivity. Provide a guideline to check on processes thereby assuring that work is done by the operators.
Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line.
Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the workplace.
Oversee hiring and training of food production personnel
Perform other duties as assigned.
