Finance Manager/ Asst Manager

Crystal Jade is a celebrated brand with a rich heritage and a strong presence across Asia. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to join our Singapore Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, business partnering, and cost control—particularly within the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting for Singapore entities.
• Coordinate statutory accounting, external audits, and compliance filings.
• Collaborate with Operations and Department Heads to monitor performance, control costs, and enhance profitability.
• Ensure tax and GST compliance, and liaise with government authorities and external advisors.
• Oversee cost control functions across outlets and central kitchen, including menu costing, stocktake processes, and sales mix analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, including audit and tax reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Experience managing multiple entities and working in F&B industry preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
