Finance Executive

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, handling billing and payments, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Maintain and update financial records and ensure accurate entry of all transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare yearly budget and periodic Statement of Accounts (SOAs) for grant amount utilized.
• Prepare monthly salary and CPF, and quarterly GST computations.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and bank statements.
• Monitor expenses and prepare cost analyses.
• Support budgeting processes.
• Liaising with auditors.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding financial health and status.
• Manage billing, payments, and follow-ups for overdue accounts.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accounting or higher.

· Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

· Prior experience in charity organizations and grants related matters would be an advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.

· Able to work independently or in a team-based environment and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.

· Bilingual - English and Chinese (Mandarin).

· 5-days work per week (Mon-Fri / 10am to 6pm).

· Singaporeans preferred.
