Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance operations? Crystal Jade, an established name in the F&B industry, is looking for a dynamic Executive, Accounts Receivable to join our finance team!

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post journal entries for monthly outlet sales, e-commerce transactions, delivery platforms (GrabFood, Deliveroo, FoodPanda), corporate entertainment, and management fee billings.
• Prepare monthly reports including sales mix, wastage, and entertainment reports.
• Accurately issue and process invoices and credit notes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Handle funds receipts (e.g., cheques, credit card payments, landlord voucher disbursements) and customer refunds.
• Maintain accurate records for monthly GTO sales reporting and submissions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end journal postings.
• Support in issuing dining vouchers and submitting monthly government surveys.
• Assist with GTO sales audits and year-end audits.
• Carry out ad-hoc finance duties as required.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong command of English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
