Facility Services Specialist

• Assist in building facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works;
• Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building;
• Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.);
• Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors;
• Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager;
• Able to perform simple troubleshoot issues arising from Cleanroom;
• Attend to breakdown of building client service calls.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in operations
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
• Able to interact with people and a good team player
