Facility maintenance technician

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred electrical and plumbing technician.
• Perform general upkeep, maintenance, and repair duties across the facility
• Identify and assess repair needs in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond promptly to clients’ maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Proven technical knowledge and hands-on repair skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• A proactive, hard-working attitude and reliability in completing task
