Role and Responsibilities

Manage and Plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations of the buildings.
Tracking and monitoring the maintenance programs and schedules. Oversee the supervision of the buildings to ensure all systems (fire safety, landscaping, mechanical & electrical systems etc) are running smoothly and safely.
Manage emergency and ad hoc repairs, machine breakdowns and trouble shooting.
Providing technical support and advise the team and also act as the coordination point between the various subcontractors and/or Vendors.
Responsible for department works order and building M&E maintenance works
Supervise and liaise with contractors for maintenance repairs, facilities and renovation works
Responsible for general cleanliness of building and its premises
Ensure the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations and safety guidelines.
Responsible for maintenance and renewal license for relevant machine/ equipment, cargo/passenger lifts etc
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure that works are properly carried out.
Prepare budget and monthly reports for the management.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
At least 5 years of professional work experience in Facility Maintenance.
Experience in monitoring preventive maintenance for CNC machines/ equipments
Knowledge of electrical, air-con compressors , alarm, air cond and plumbing works
Strong knowledge of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, etc.
Good understanding of maintenance environments, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations by SCDF, BCA, MOM, WSHC.
Experience with greenfield construction projects preferred

Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location : Changi North
