Events Executive - Operations

Iconic Management is a dynamic events company specialising in brand activations. We handle everything from corporate events to large-scale productions and we are location for a proactive Operations Executive to join our team.

You will be working and supporting the project management team to help bring event ideas to life. The selected candidate must be responsible, physically fit and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a team player to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse management, ensuring proper inventory control
• Manage event setup and teardown, coordinate on-site operations
• Handle procurement of event items, sourcing and purchasing within budget and timeline
• Arrange delivery and logistics schedule
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors and contractors

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office
• Strong organisational skills
• Physically fit
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to be on-site during events
• Valid driving license (Class 3 or 2 preferred)
