Event Executive

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Executive to join our growing team. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our creative vision and client expectations. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills, along with a passion for bringing big ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing event concepts, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events including venue bookings, vendor sourcing, permits, and AV requirements.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth planning and flawless execution.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and run-downs for client pitches and event briefs.

• Support on-site event setup, registration, and teardown activities.

• Conduct post-event evaluations and generate feedback reports.

• Manage administrative duties such as vendor invoices, client billing, and internal documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in event planning or project coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Canva, MS Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and immersive experiences.

• Experience in corporate and lifestyle event environments.

• Familiarity with local’s event landscape and vendor networks.

• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or social media platforms is an added advantage.
