Key Role:

• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students.
• Handle enquiries and explain courses clearly and professionally.
• Manage student enrollments, scheduling , and administrative duties.
• Assist in HR-related tasks , including onboarding and record-keeping.
• Support the daily operations of the tuition centre.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in admin, customer service, or HR roles preferred. Candidate who works in a tuition centre before.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset.
