Job Description

This is a Part-time role

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time English Tutor to support the language development and conversational skills of our frontline F&B staff. This role focuses on enhancing staff confidence and proficiency in spoken English to improve customer service interactions at our restaurants.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct small-group or one-on-one English language sessions for operations staff.

• Focus on practical vocabulary, customer service phrases, and everyday conversational English.

• Support staff in developing confidence in speaking English while serving customers.

• Tailor lessons based on workplace scenarios and staff learning needs.

• Provide basic progress feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in English, TESOL, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in teaching/tutoring English, preferably in a workplace or adult learning setting.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Understanding of the F&B service environment is a plus.

• Patient, encouraging, and able to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels.

WORKING HOURS

• 5 days (Mon - Fri)

• 1:00 pm – 5:00pm
