Engineering Management (AFC) - Senior / Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the maintenance of the Automatic Fare Collection System to ensure that the safety, reliability and availability of the system meets the standards agreed with the Operating Department and Transit-Link
• To ensure systems and facilities are maintained without major interruption and the availability of AFC is according to Performance Index
• To investigate the AFC technical failure for AFC equipment
• To plan and execute the AFC equipment maintenance according to the frequency given by Regulator
• To review engineering design and lead investigation into technical failures or recommending best technical solution to improve the system performance
• To liaise and participate with LTA for software/hardware modification and testing
• To manage AFC maintenance cost within budget figure

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skill
• Possess good writing skill and IT related skills
• Possess Project Management skills
• Knowledge of firewall and network configuration
• Able to identify colours
