Engineering Assistant

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Assist daily task in RMA report preparation, stock-code and BOM preparation and update to MRP.
• Assist engineering department to attend to and troubleshoot product failure.
• Able to attend to technical enquiries raised by production and resolve issues with minimum supervision.
• Update engineering documents and keep records up to date.
• Participate and able to contribute to continuous improvement program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or professional certification in related field
• Good Microsoft Excel skills in order to compare / study Bill Of Material (BOM)
• Effectively manage multiple priorities under extremely tight deadlines
