Job Requirement

Collaborating with project managers to understand project requirements, specifications, and expectations
Participating in project planning and scheduling activities
Inspecting construction sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure the project meets industry standards and regulations
Conducting tests on construction materials to ensure they meet required standards
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate activities and resolve design issues
Provide technical solutions to problems encountered during the construction process
Efficiently managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings
Keeping records of materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage
Identifying and resolving construction-related issues and challenges as they arise
Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and milestones
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
At least having 4 years relevant experience in engineering or site engineering in construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
