Job Scope:

Assist project managers to understand project requirements, specifications, and expectations
Participating in project planning and scheduling activities
Reviews project proposal or plan to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
Inspecting construction sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
Prepare engineering documents such as work instructions and progress reports, data, hand over status
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure the project meets industry standards and regulations
Handle mechanical works and maintenance in project
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate activities and resolve design issues
Provide technical solutions to problems encountered during the construction process
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings
Keeping records of materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage
Identifying and resolving construction-related issues and challenges as they arise
Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and milestones
Attend tender meeting or power turn on session
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement:

Bachelor of Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
4 years relevant experience in electrical engineering or site engineering in construction industry
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant design software
Able to interpret or review ID drawing and switchboard drawing
Good organizing and planning skills
Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Need to hands-on
Detailed, independent and possesses leadership skills
Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
