Electrician /Technician

THE JOB:

Work Scope·

To assist Electrical construction with the supervision of all projects and construction activities· Make sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced at worksite· Prepare reports and other documentation for each of the individual projects· Interpret plans and quantities of materials needed· Plans construction method and procedures· Coordinate the supply of labor and materials· To make sure standards of building performance, quality,cost schedules and safety are maintained· Perform installation and commissioning works at sites.. Work experience for HDB,Condo,Landed and commerce office.

THE PERSON:

Able to work in a construction environment
More than 5 years above Experience in related Electrical Construction work (Know Testing)
Technical and customer service
Be a team-player
ITE Trade Certification/ M&E in Diploma
Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added bonus in order to communicate effectively with non english speaking clients
The applicant who possesses a class 3 license will have added advantages
