Driver cum Warehouse Assistant

Main Responsibilities

· Receive and check items and goods upon arrival

· Follow receiving procedures closely and maintain record for all receiving data

· Work with warehouse manager on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement

· Assist in Warehouse operation such as Picking, Packing, Sorting and Re-packing

· Load stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ Truck

· Monthly stock balance checking and monitoring

· Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse

· To report any issues pertaining to safety, quality or hygiene to superior immediately upon discovery

· Support Head Office operations by performing daily delivery and collection of goods & documents between HQ office and outlets

· Collect, deliver and distribute goods to various outlets in a timely manner

· Ensure quantity of goods before loading to vehicle

· Loading & Unloading

· Allocation of stocks

· Ensure timely delivery of stocks to outlets

· Basic picking and loading of goods into van with fridge / chiller type

· Provide quality service and timely dispatch of orders

· Maintain good working relationships with all external parties

· Collection of cash payments and return to HQ

· Basic cleaning and maintenance of vehicle

· Basic invoice / records updating

· Basic administration duties

Requirements

· Able to operate pallet jack

· Basic Computer literate

· Effective communication skills
