Distribution Executive (Pharma) - EAST/ up to 3K #HHL

Location: Changi (With Pick up in Tanah Merah, Jurong East, YCK, Punggol (Morning & Evening)

Salary: Up to 3K

working hour: 5 days office hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all distribution activities are completed in accordance with approved documentation.

* Process Drug Order Forms ensuring that details such as batch allocation, quantity and medication numbered packs are keyed into COSMOS accurately.

* Allocate batches for opened and randomised protocols, and identify patient packs required for each Drug Order Form.

* Prepare all relevant paperwork required for each dispatch in line with distribution procedures, carrier’s requirements and customs regulations.

* Arrange shipping of ancillary orders, raising airway bills and generating shipping paperwork.

* Generate pro-forma and commercial invoices, Dangerous Goods declarations, e-Cert documents and any other country specific declarations.

* Liaise with internal and external customers, and carriers regarding invoice approvals, queries and amendments.

* Perform and maintain computer transactions in line with distribution and material control systems.

* Administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, archiving of Operations documentation

* Other ad hoc tasks as required by the manager

Qualifications:

• Min O Level/ Diploma
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using distribution and material control systems.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and carriers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
