Dental Clinic Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Dental Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our clinic.

Responsibilities include:

•     Greeting patients warmly and assisting with registration

•   Assist dentist in day to day patient asssisting

•     Verifying patient information and ensuring accurate data entry into the clinic system

•     Processing payments and handling billing and insurance matters

•     Coordinating withdentists to ensure timely patient flow

•     Maintaining cleanliness and organization

•     Previous experience in a clinic or customer service setting is preferred

•     Strong communication skills

•     Proficient in English; knowledge of one other languages is a plus*

•     Cheerful, responsible, and a team player
