About the Role
We are looking for 2 committed and responsible individuals to join us as Debt Collectors. Whether you have experience or are just starting out, we provide full training and a structured career path. If you’re street-smart, confident speaking to people, and willing to learn, this may be the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned recovery cases and follow up with debtors professionally.
• Make phone calls, send messages, and conduct in-person visits when required.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, explain repayment terms, and record outcomes accurately.
• Conduct field visits and investigations if the debtor is uncontactable.
• Maintain case records and follow SOPs and legal guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required — training will be provided.
• Must be willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• With or without Class 2B motorcycle license.
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,800 to $2,300 (depending on experience)
