Job Description:
- Responsible for customer repair quotations adhere to approval policy and managing customer timely approval to meet sales target.
- In charge of being timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.
- Ensuring of keeping customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports.
- Responsible for reviewing POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements .
- Close monitoring of business-related activities till complete closure
- In charge of coordinating with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
- Handle customers’ enquiries including managing customer relationship; know when to escalate an issue to higher management.
- Update customers’ profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system.
- Timely prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to meet customers’ requirements and optimize customer service processes.
- Support generating department reports for management review and discussion.
- Support and participate in customer RFQ processes using Financial models.
- Provide backup duties within the Customer Service team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or Engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in ERP
