Job Description

• Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas.
• Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician’s prescription.
• Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP.
• Work with Clinic Coordinator to spearhead operations within the clinic.
• Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.

Job Requirement

• At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare setting
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin via online, phone and walk-ins
• Pleasant personality and service oriented
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Team player
• 5 days work week
  Working hours:
  Wednesday – 9.30am to 4.30pm (Punggol)
  Thursday – 9.30am to 7.30pm (Woodleigh)
  Friday – 8.30am to 7.30pm (Punggol)
  Saturday – 8.30am to 7.30pm (Woodleigh)
  Sunday – 8.30am to 6.30pm (Punggol)
