CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (FULL-TIME)

Job Duties:
- Manage opening and closing of store
- Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and/or complains
- Register and update orders and sales on the system
- Maintain cleanliness and operational needs of store
- Arrange pick-ups and delivery of clothing to laundry

Job Requirements:
- Initiative, Friendly, Responsible
- Basic administration skills such as Word, Excel etc
- Training provided
