• Raffles (Mon - Thurs, 10.30am - 2.30pm no break, $ 850)
• Kent Ridge (5 days shift, $ 1700, 7 hrs including 30 mins break)
• Punggol Coast (5 days shift, $1700, 7 hrs including 30 mins break)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP
• Provide friendly customer service
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Stock-taking
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Sweeping and mopping
