Cook / Commis / Kitchen Crew Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and cooking as required.
• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare and cook dishes consistently and to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash and store kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment properly.
• Ensure ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated to prevent wastage.
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
