Job Description

• Pepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Place order for stocks and ingredients.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, meat, spices etc.)
• Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
• Friendly and service oriented
• Able work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation

Requirements

· Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

· 1 year in western food cuisine preferred.
