Content & Brand Strategist (Full Time)

Join us, the team behind Performance Pickleball as our full-time Content & Brand Strategist. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead content, marketing, and branding efforts across digital and in-person platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content: Plan, execute, and oversee social media, blog, and SEO content. Lead campaigns, direct filming/editing, and manage posting schedules.
• Branding & Strategy: Develop brand voice, content direction, and creative campaigns across multiple platforms and brands under Maverick Grp.
• Community & Influencer Engagement: Foster relationships with members, influencers, and partners to grow the brand organically.
• Performance & Ads: Track content performance, run social media ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), and refine strategies for engagement and conversion.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns to promote programs, events, and community initiatives.
• Events & Activations: Support event planning, ensure social media integration, and produce post-event content.
• On-Ground Engagement: Assist with guest experience and operations during shifts to stay immersed in the community you're marketing to.

Who You Are:

• A creative, strategic thinker with a strong grasp of branding and storytelling
• Experienced in Instagram, TikTok, Canva/CapCut, SEO, email marketing, and ad platforms
• Organized, analytical, and driven by performance results
• Comfortable being both behind the screen and on the ground with customers
