Construction Engineer

Job Summary

• Prepare and undertake technical supports, site reports and design calculation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / manager
• Liaise & communicate effectively with respective parties’ / clients / consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors with project related issues from inception to completion of project and follows all construction regulations
• Manage contractors and workers to complete the project within the given budget and time and to ensures all structural works follows as design plan
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical issues during construction

Job Requirements:

• At least three years of related working experience in A&A, R&R, General Building Work & Civil Works / Design & Builds project etc
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and design analysis software
• Must be able to speak and write in both English and Chinese (in order to handle queries, requests and concerns from English/Mandarin-speaking clients/subcontractors.)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Preferably with Singapore Class 3 driving license & Process Own Vehicles

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) qualifications acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer;
