Clinical Application Specialist

Job Description:

An Application Specialist applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. He/she manages projects / processes and works independently with limited supervision. He/she may coach and review the work or lower level professionals.

He/she provides pre- and post-sales support to customers on company’s Radiography Modalities products and their applications including:

• Product demonstration.
• Product demonstration training to field sales representatives.
• Post-sales installation training as part of customer retention activities.
• Resolve/troubleshoot application issues faced by customers and/or train customers on application on the products they have purchased.
• Attend Roadshow, Exhibition etc.
• Routine Customer visits to ensure consistent and correct operation of equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing equipment QC and image quality at customers’ sites.
• Support Pre Sales activities of key projects by providing relevant product demos and presentation.
• Ensure proper functioning of related medical equipment used for demos.
• Provide training to customers on application knowledge and interpretation of images
• Develop and provide structured training to Junior application specialists
• Review feedback of images from customers and respond to them accordingly.
