Job Title: Patient Service Officer (3-Month Contract to Permanent)

Sector: Healthcare / Clinics
Locations: Multiple clinic locations available (see below)
Salary Range: $2,300 – $2,800/month (maximum, based on experience)
Working Hours: Office hours; 5 or 5.5 days per week depending on clinic schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Perform accurate data entry and appointment scheduling
• Provide basic patient care and support administrative filing
• Liaise with insurance companies and process billing matters
• Work closely with Clinic Managers and Doctors to ensure operational efficiency

• 1 opening
• 5-day work week including weekends
• 44 hours/week based on roster

2. TCM Clinics – Woodleigh & Punggol

• 1 opening
• Rostered hours (Wednesday to Sunday)

3. Fertility Centre – Paragon

• 2 openings
• 5.5-day work week
• 42 hours/week; half-day on Saturdays
• Located at Orchard, Paragon

4. Specialist Clinics – Paragon

• 2 openings
• 5.5-day work week
• 42 hours/week; half-day on Saturdays

Requirements

• Prior experience as a clinic assistant or in a similar front-line healthcare role
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts and weekends as required by clinic
