Civil & Structural Draughtsman

A C&S engineering consultancy firms seeking Singaporean to join as Full Time Civil & Structural Draughtsman / Assistant Engineer

Work Location: Kovan City (Nearest MRT: Kovan MRT)

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Company size: 6 (Suitable for those who enjoys working in small office environment)

Salary: $3500 - $4000 (depending of years of experience and qualification)

AWS given after completing 1 year of service

Annual Leave: 12days, incremental of 1 day per full work year completed (max 16days)

Job requirements:

• Proficient in Autocad and Revit
• Candidates with at least 3 years relevant in both Civil and Structural drafting experience in a Singapore consultancy firm, even without Revit knowledge but who are willing to learn, are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with the Singapore authorities submission requirements would be an added advantage
• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Possibility of on site work / Meetings
• Overtime pay is not applicable, off-in-lieu arrangements are available

Jobscope:

• Work closely with Engineers, ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.
• To assume responsibilities of small projects on the drafting, procedures, drawing preparation for all stages
• Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges.
• To carry out drafting work in compliance with office standards and procedures.
• Prepare Authority submission drawings.
• To adopt proper procedures and drafting for the different project stages & authority submissions.
• To work closely with the Project Engineer, assisting him/her in liaison with the Project Architect, Technical Teams as necessary.
• To coordinate with the personnel assigned to the projects, and ensure consistency in output & presentation.
