Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in chess rules, strategies, tactics, and etiquette.
• Plan and conduct regular practice sessions tailored to skill levels.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Prepare and accompany students to local, regional, or national tournaments.
• Promote critical thinking, concentration, and good sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to integrate chess into enrichment activities.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Manage equipment and maintain chess materials.
