CHEF

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and leading the kitchen staff to deliver excellent culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare diverse menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Monitor food quality and consistency to meet company standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Maintain kitchen inventory and place orders for food and supplies as needed
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members
• Work with management to develop new recipes and menus
• Minimize waste and manage kitchen costs efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or relevant culinary role
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Working Hours:

• Full-time, typically 10–12 hours per day
• May include weekends and public holidays
