· Manage the day to day operations of centre

· Oversee an additional centre operations

· Inspire the passion and commitment in your teachers

· Motivate teachers and staff to maximize collaboration, retention and growth

· Actively engage parents to deliver the best education to the children

· Provide effective leadership in managing and mentoring teachers and staff

· Play an integral role in continuing our commitment to quality

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a must

· Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous

· Creative and inspiring with loving energy

· Excellent communication and classroom management skills
