Role Overview

We are expanding our operations and hiring Case Officers to join our debt recovery team. You will be assigned cases, conduct investigations, negotiate repayment arrangements, and manage each file through to resolution. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned case files and conduct investigations to locate and engage debtors.
• Negotiate repayment solutions through calls, messages, and face-to-face visits.
• Maintain accurate records while following company SOPs, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training provided).
• Strong willingness to learn investigation, negotiation, and case handling skills.
• Able to handle difficult conversations calmly, professionally, and with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,300 (depending on experience)
• Incentives and commissions available after training completion
