Cargo Superintendent

Job Description:

· Monitor and maintain vessels’ cargo equipment, including but not limited to:

1. Timely and accurate calibration of cargo measurement equipment.

2.Inventory management of cargo equipment.

3.Troubleshoot issues relating to cargo quantity or quality.

· Monitor and analyse performance of vessels’ cargo operations.

· Arrange and coordinate with other business functions.

· Assist Operations Manager.

· Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Must be highly organised, meticulous and able to cope with tight schedules and unanticipated events.

· Good interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with other people.

· Able to juggle paperwork and on-site work.

· Able to communicate (spoken and written) effectively in English.
