About us:

The Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home is a residential home for boys between ages of 5 to 18. The Home is run by the Ramakrishna Mission within its premises.

The residents go to local schools and return to the Home. The Home takes care of their needs and works towards re-integration with the families.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Work with the team of care staff within the Home to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the residents to develop. This is done by

1) engaging residents holistically.

2) forming secured attachments / bonds with the residents

3) providing guidance for positive behaviour

4) inculcating good habits and values amongst the residents

5) providing updates of residents’ school going needs and advise the team.

As we are a residential Home, Care staff are expected to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Good communication and interpersonal skills (team player) is a strength for this position.
