Job Description

Project Planning & Execution:Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; and overseeing the implementation of the project.
Resource Management:Allocating and managing resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet project needs.
Budget Management:Preparing and managing project budgets; tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints; and managing cost overruns.
Risk Management:Identifying and assessing potential risks; developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies; and managing unforeseen issues that arise during the project.
Stakeholder Management:Communicating effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders; managing expectations and addressing concerns; and building strong relationships.
Contract Management:Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts; negotiating terms and conditions; and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Quality Control:Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications; conducting inspections and quality checks; and addressing any quality issues that arise.
Compliance & Safety:Ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards; overseeing safety procedures and ensuring a safe work environment.
Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving project issues; proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions; and ensuring that the project stays on track
