Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Assistant Manager to support and drive the company’s growth strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in strategic planning, and supporting key sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager/Director and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business plans and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Support lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion efforts.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client pitches.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and service delivery.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Manager as required.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows when necessary.
