(Junior) Business Analyst

Overview of Job Role:

• Business Analytics: Focusing on members data and General (including overall promo, vouchers etc)
• E-commerce & Shopee Admin (including Promo)

Job Descriptions:

• Identify customer segments and understand their buying behaviour, demographics and life stage
• Find potential pockets of growth, new customer acquisition opportunities and develop strategies to chase these growth pockets
• Drive targeted campaigns by working with marketing to identify target groups to increase revenue per segment, penetration rate and conversion rate
• Maximise returns on targeted campaigns through testing of various promotion mechanics and communication mediums (email marketing, SMS marketing etc)
• Ensure timeliness and quality of end-to-end campaign execution
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance efficiency and performance
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, emails etc) to ensure brand consistency and increase brand awareness
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost and drive qualified traffic through improving online contents & considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Take ownership of all E-Commerce platforms' administrations, including developing, monitoring, updating and creating products details and/or contents
• Customer feedback, enquiries and requests via eCom/Website are acted on promptly

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business and relevant fields
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, entry level are welcomed
• Good analytical skills
