BIM MODELLER

Job responsible:

• Creating and modifying architectural and structural shop drawings working with files exported from Tender, Construction Dwgs and Revit
• Modifying site drawings working with files exported from Revit
• Adjusting M&E (CSD) drawings in CAD software, working with files exported from Revit

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with site teams and BIM team members
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM Modelling work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on construction projects, preferably with HDB (Housing and Development Board) projects or similar
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.
