BIM MODELLER

What you'll be doing

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using specialised software
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM data into the overall design and construction process
• Ensure BIM models adhere to company standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction personnel to resolve design issues
• Perform clash detection analysis and generate reports to identify and resolve conflicts
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide training and support to project team members on BIM workflows and applications

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
