BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Kimly BIM standard
• Create Still images rendering for the presentation
• Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.
• Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference
• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
• Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
• Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids
• Ensure the integrity/quality of the models

Requirements
 

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture,Structure,Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of BIM experience
• Able tounderstand Tender/Contract drawing
• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skill
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
