Working Location: Central Area
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender drawings, including layouts, schematic diagrams, and single-line diagrams
- Review consultant design drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance
- Provide technical support to the project team using industry-standard software tools
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents, specifications, and technical submittals
- Coordinate all MEP services using AutoCAD and Navisworks platforms for clash detection and integration
- Prepare accurate shop and installation drawings derived from the coordinated BIM model
- Create and manage Revit models and Revit families for project delivery
- Participate actively in drawing coordination meetings for CAD and BIM deliverables
- Demonstrate technical expertise in BIM development from LOD 300 through LOD 500
- Ensure timely preparation of drawings, maintaining compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Submit shop drawings for client review and approval, addressing feedback promptly
- Develop working drawings to support on-site installation activities
- Prepare as-built drawings reflecting site conditions and secure client approval
- Oversee the drafting department, managing drawing records and workflow control
- Compile operation and maintenance manuals including detailed drawing records
- Maintain and update all project drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise drafting team activities to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
- Preferably possess experience in managing LTA Projects
- Candidates with BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will be an added advantage
