BIM Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

· Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation

· Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information

· Build-up, regularly update and enhance BIM objective, templates and object libraries for the Company.

· Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors

· Review Design Models and Fabrication Models and Drawings

· Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability

· Create construction and as built models

· Develop Virtual Mock up and 4D simulation

· Ensure Modelling Quality Control

· Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high-quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.

· Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

· Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.

· Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings

Job Requirements:

· Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or related field

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity

· Minimum 2 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards Development, Client Presentation and trouble shooting in related field.

· Familiar and well-versed in Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360

· Able to work in a team
