BIM COORDINATOR

Job Description & Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical design capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible on-site technical and engineering matters, providing support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical/site issues to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports for management.
• Coordinate and review structural details and design features to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Work closely with consultants, specialists, and subcontractors to implement effective technical solutions.
• Ensure all works carried out meet the Company’s quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
