Billing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operational duties and ensure the KPIs are met
• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills and reports to customers
• Hands on experience with excel (pivot, vlookup, subtotals etc)
• Performs checks on rates and other billing-related indicators between the billing system and customers’ contracts
• Obtains and uploads rates into the billing system and/or datasheets
• Liaise with internal and external on billing related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
• Constantly review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improved productivity
• Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
• Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
• Supports the Billing Team Lead and Billing Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or any relevant field
• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset
• Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy detailed work
• Proficiency in MS Excel
