Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances
• Receiving, recording, and updating payment information in the system
• Resolving billing discrepancies, errors, and late payments
• Reconciling billing data with financial records to ensure accuracy
• Addressing client inquiries and providing assistance regarding billing issues
• Sending reminders for overdue payments and following up on outstanding balances
• Updating and maintaining client and billing information in the system
• Working with other departments, such as accounting, sales, and collections, to resolve billing issues

Requirements:

• NTC/ITC/diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field can be beneficial
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues
• Accuracy and precision are essential for maintaining accurate records and processing payments correctly
• Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and other issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field can be an advantage
