Reporting directly to outlet Spa Manager

- Job Description

1. Provide consistent professional spa facial following spa standards.

2. Ensure a high level of service standards.

3. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa premises.

4. Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towel supplies, etc.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, promptly and politely.

6. Follow and comply with the instructions given by the Spa Manager.

- Requirements

1. Preferably with ITEC/WSQ certificate or facial/massage certification.

2. Able to commit work on weekends/public holidays.

3. 6 days work a week.

4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

5. Pleasant personality, able to work together in a team and hardworking.
